Super Steve save the Day!!!!

Just want to shout out how Steve our maintenance helping everyone here! He never fail to say Hi and ask ask how's everybody's ... doing, he is one stop shop! One txt he's already by your door, anything you need always resourceful providing the best he can, to the management, please take care of him. He is a truly hard working person, honest and very kind. Constantly Improving

My family moved into Villa Capri 3 years ago. The first (almost) 2 years were frustrating. We had multiple maintenance issues ... that were not dealt with (leaky shower, leaky kitchen sink, unsafe patio rail, as well as many cosmetic issues). Since our new team (Stacy and Steve) took over at Villa Capri, all of those issues have been resolved. They have also fixed the outdoor lighting, which was hazardous, for the entire complex. They have worked very hard to make Villa Capri a safer, prettier, and nicer place to live. My family appreciates them very much! We actually were planning on moving out more than 1 year ago, but things have improved so much that we stayed. Read More about Constantly Improving
